Music Generation is hiring!

Music Generation is Ireland’s National Music Education Programme, which transforms the lives of children and young people through access to high-quality performance music education in their local area. Initiated by Music Network, the programme is co-funded by U2, The Ireland Funds, the Department of Education and Skills and Local Music Education Partnerships.

Music Generation is entering a new phase of development which will see the programme expanding into new areas of the country between 2016 and 2021.

Music Generation is seeking a Support & Development Manager for its existing and new Music Education Partnerships. This new senior role within the team at Music Generation’s National Development Office will be key in the implementation of its new Strategic Plan and in its plans for expansion.  

Music Generation is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in music development, a combination of initiative, rigour and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. The role of Music Education Partnership Support & Development Manager offers a unique opportunity for someone dynamic to join the organisation at a time of exciting change in the music education landscape in Ireland.

52-Month Fixed Term Contract, September 2016 – December 2020
