Ruaille Buaille, children's music festival took place in Lucan, Co Dublin from Wednesday 6th June to Saturday 9th June, 2018, with workshops and performances taking place in schools and libraries and culminating in Griffeen Park on the final day. A festival highlight for this year was members of Kila performing a Family Concert as the opening event in Griffeen Park on Friday June 8th. Music Generation Creative Tent hosted a number of young ensembles form across the county including the MGSD County Trad Ensemble.
In preparation for the end of year concerts in our hubs we have decided to structure the end of the term rehearsals in a slightly different form. Ensemble/Group rehearsals will give children a valuable opportunity to play with other instruments and in a larger group.
Pre-registration will take place for existing students on the 23th/24th May. If you cannot make the pre-registration please fill out an application form from our Applications page on this website and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your child's place for September 2018.
